Who we are

FileYourOwn is a product of Zieasoft Limited, which is responsible for your personal data. Zieasoft Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZB333436.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list we collect your email address, whether your company is trading or dormant, and the date you signed up.

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and message.

Why we use it

Waiting list: to tell you when FileYourOwn launches, to offer you the waiting-list price, and to send occasional updates about the product. We do this because you asked us to (your consent).

Contact form: to reply to your message. We do this because you asked us to get in touch (our legitimate interest in answering you).

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the companies that host our website and send our emails on our behalf. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waiting list: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after launch if you don't become a customer, whichever is sooner.

Contact form messages: 2 years after our last reply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by sending us a message through our contact form. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
